Day 2: The Dangers of Processed Food

One of the biggest mistakes new vegetarians make is eating processed foods to replace the meat they aren't eating. When you replace meat with processed foods you can gain weight very quickly. It is ok to eat processed foods every once in a while, but not every day. Many vegetarians make this mistake and thusly decide that vegetarianism is not a healthy lifestyle for them. If you eat right and substitute enough protein into your diet you will actually look and feel better. You will also start to loose weight because you are not eating fatty meat and other processed foods which can cause you to gain weight.
