Day 25: Latin America + Spain
One of my favorite Latin dishes is tostones. Tostones are fried plantains seasoned with salt. They taste like potato chips and are an excellent way to sneak essential vitamins into your food. You can find recipes for tostones at http://www.recipe.com/ or any other recipe site. If you live in the Lilburn area, the Lilburn farmers market currently has the cheapest plantains. Happy eating!

This is not that good of a site. First of you only say one food a week. Some people need many healthy ideas for parties or dinners. Second of all give differant types of food for instance it is very unhealthy to eat differant culture foods every day. I hope you consider what I have said
ReplyDelete~ Thankyou for your time.
First off, this site is sinply for people considering becomming vegetarian to gain knowledge and ideas. My newest culture week is a way to give people a new ideas for different foods from other cultures. Lastly, I would like to see paperwork on why it is "unhealthy to eat different culture foods every day." According to my research, people who eat different foods from all around the world actually tend to weigh less than those that do not. Thank you for your comment, however, I would like to see the facts and not just your opinion.
